Kansas Honor Flight - Wamego High School

🇺🇸Everyone is invited to welcome home the Honor Flight by gathering on Lincoln between 4th & 6th Streets before 

8:30pm on April 28. Wear your patriotic finest and bring signs and flags for our heroes! Due to Covid safety restrictions for our veterans, we will not have a big public ceremony in WHS that night, but we hope to return to that in the future. An additional feature this year will be a “Red, White and Blue Cruise” event on Lincoln starting at 7:30pm until the bus reaches Wamego. Come cruise main street in classic cars, trucks or motorcycles, or simply decorate your own vehicle and join in the fun! This Welcome Home is such an important part of the Honor Flight experience -- spread the word to everyone to join us to cheer for our troops as they arrive in Wamego!
